From a distance, nothing appeared off. When my friend called and shared what her family was going through, I was really taken aback. I had no idea what was happening; they were literally hanging on by just a thread. I soon realized, when others aren't available, or a business doesn't get back to me, or communication isn't clear, how my mind makes up stories or opinions with little to no information, often creating scenarios that aren't even close to what's happening. Snap judgments can also come into play. It's so crazy how deeply ingrained automatic behaviors actually are. I'm totally unaware of them until I finally see it, then I see it everywhere. The universe takes me to school, I love how it works; what I focus on always grows, it comes to the forefront so I can really learn my current lesson.
